What We Stand For
At MLC Behavior Care LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. Since our founding in 2022, we have supported hundreds of children in building meaningful skills that promote independence, communication, and success in their daily lives.
We offer home-based, center-based, and school-based services, allowing us to meet clients in environments where they feel most comfortable and where learning can be most effective. Our team consists of highly trained professionals, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.
At MLC Behavior Care, we prioritize a collaborative approach. We work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency, measurable progress, and long-term success. Our programs focus on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and the development of socially significant behaviors through structured, data-driven strategies.

Our TEam
Laura has been a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2017, bringing years of experience and compassion to the families she serves. Throughout her career, she has worked with countless children with autism, helping support their growth, independence, and success in everyday life. Laura is passionate about creating meaningful connections with each child and family, and she finds joy in watching her clients reach new milestones and grow over time. Her patience, dedication, and genuine love for what she does make her an invaluable part of the MLC Behavior Care team.
Yandy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about supporting children and families through compassionate and individualized care. She is dedicated to helping children build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and reach their full potential in everyday life. Yandy truly loves working with kids and creating a positive environment where they feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow. Her caring approach and commitment to making a difference make her a valued part of the MLC Behavior Care team.
Our office team is the heart of MLC Behavior Care, working behind the scenes every day to support our clients, families, and staff. From scheduling and coordination to assisting parents and ensuring daily operations run smoothly, the team is dedicated to creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. With compassion, professionalism, and a true passion for helping others, our office staff plays an essential role in helping our families feel supported every step of the way.
